don't worry, BE HAPPY:)

HELLOOOO from Ciudad Jardin, Managua, NICARAGUA. my newwwww area! so, life was depressing because i had to leave Matagalpa. let me tell you, i LOVE Mataglapa. that place was like my home. those people are the greatest, most humble, kind people i have ever met. i really made some life long friends there. let's just say last monday was a cry fest for me.. and my converts and investigators. i LOVE them. but, life goes on.....

sooo, on it goes in the citaaay. with McDonalds.. and Subway... let's just say i'm gonna get fat. and i'm gonna be broke. and with my new comp from the United States of AMERICA. oh my blessing. and she is sooo hilarious. and the mission nurse. Hermana Scott, my little (not so little cause she is TALLER THAN ME) angel. we have too much fun. also, since she is the mission nurse.. we live in a mansion. (by mansion i mean 4 room house). but real life. it's huge. and one room has AIR CONDITIONING. i have never been so happy. bad news though. i have to wash my own laundry. by hand. pray for me. but needless to say, i'm sittin real happy currently:) 

also. i got a little calling. i'm called a Sister Training Leader. so, i do divisions with other hermanas and try to help them the best that i can? I don't know why i have the calling, but i am SO thankful for the trust that the Lord has in me and i'm doing the best i can! 

this week i've learned the importance of doing EVERYTHING happily. i decided that what i was going to focus on when i did my divisions with the other hermanas, is teaching them that it's more than possible to be happy ALL THE TIME. sometimes, we get down on ourselves as missionaries, but to me, it's so important to show people how happy we truly are, and contribute that happiness to the gospel. and it PAYED OFF. on Friday i was doing divisions in another hermanas area, and one of her investigators told me.. ''i love when you teach hermana. happiness just radiates from your eyes and your smile.'' not kidding, one of the best compliments i have ever gotten. but really, i am SO happy. and i'm even more happy that people can see that. i just told him, ''how could i not be happy, i get to talk about Jesus Christ all day.'' and DUH. that's the best blessing on earth. we can all be happy because we have a Savior, Jesus Christ, who loves us SO much. so y'all. DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY.
